This website is operated by Divine Respect Store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Divine Respect Store, your global partner for premium pet supplies and accessories. We offer this website, including all tools and pet gear available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our international pet products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - GLOBAL PRODUCT ACCURACY 

We strive to display our pet feeders, toys, and gear as accurately as possible. However:

  • Descriptions: We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Colors: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS 

As a Global E-commerce Seller, we utilize a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model. 

  • Shipping Terms: All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).

  • Duties and Taxes: The customer (buyer) is the importer of record and is responsible for all Import VAT, Customs Duties, and Taxes levied by the destination country.

  • Delivery Times: International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by local customs clearance.

SECTION 4 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT SECURITY 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Divine Respect Store.

SECTION 5 - PET SAFETY AND LIABILITY LIMITATION 

  • Intended Use: All pet accessories must be used under owner supervision.

  • Limitation: In no case shall Divine Respect Store be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the use of any products procured from our service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
