We offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the date your order is delivered. Because we ship our trending pet products globally and utilize eco-friendly practices, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary return shipping.
No Physical Returns Required: In most cases of damage or error, we do not require you to mail the item back to us. This saves you time and shipping costs.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with proof of the issue.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our Safe Arrival Guarantee. Every order is shipped in secure packaging, but if an accident happens during its journey:

3. Lost or Delayed Packages
We provide Tracked Worldwide Delivery for every purchase.
Standard Window: Most orders arrive within 10 – 20 business days.
International Reach: For select locations, please allow up to 45 business days for local customs processing.
Resolution: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 30 business days (or 45 for select international regions), we consider the package lost and will issue a full refund or replacement.
4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Cancellations & Change of Mind
Fast Processing: Because our orders enter the preparation phase within 2 – 7 business days, cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
